Job Overview: The Assistant Manager, Information Systems & Cyber Security will support the Manager, Information Systems in planning, directing, and overseeing the company’s computer and information systems. The role will involve coordinating tasks related to hardware, software, and network systems while playing a leading role in implementing a cybersecurity framework across both local and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the organization’s cybersecurity strategies.
• Assess the organization’s IT requirements and identify opportunities to enhance existing products and systems for better productivity, security, and efficiency.
• Advise senior management on system upgrades and investments in new technologies, outlining the benefits for the organization.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise IT projects, including system updates, migrations, upgrades, and planned outages.
• Assist in managing the Information Systems team, provide performance evaluations, and offer guidance for employee development and advancement within the company.
• Identify and facilitate IT training opportunities to ensure employees are equipped to effectively utilize available products and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and end-user computing.
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and managing incident responses.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), and Exchange Service (O365).
• Strong knowledge of security risk management, governance frameworks, compliance (including IT security audits/log reviews), vulnerability management (e.g., vulnerability assessments, penetration testing), application security, and security technologies (e.g., system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
• Experience with security incident response and security assessments.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials are highly desirable.
• Exceptional project management skills, including experience with budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.

An IoT Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting IoT devices such as Facial Recognition (FR), smart cameras, sensors, network devices, industrial IoT sensors and equipment. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with both hardware and software components of IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure IoT devices, sensors, and networks according to stakeholder requirements.
• Perform system integrations, ensuring that devices is able to communicate with the yard central system.
• Ensure network connectivity ie routers, Access Points, wi-fi is properly established for IoT systems.

1. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Aerospace Technician performs various overhaul, rework, repair and associate operations on aircraft equipment and components. He/She will work independently and as a team to meet the high demand of quality, safety, and output requirement.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and electronics diagnostics, repairs & troubleshooting for Electrical and Electronics aircraft equipment.
• Perform rework & reflow procedures on the faulty electronic cards to make them serviceable.
• Implement improvements in troubleshooting to minimize repair TAT.
• Assemble, disassemble, perform minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot, and test in accordance with Component Maintenance Manual.
• Promptly resolve issue and ensure all repair cost estimates are updated accurately.
• Perform work at cell level to meet the Repair schedule.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (e.g. AS9110C / Airworthiness Part 145 requirement)

REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical or Avionics)
• Ability to read and understand electronic schematic diagrams and perform diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in electronic board soldering and assembly.
• Experience in using electronics and electrical testing equipment such as multimeter, clamp meter, etc.
• To read and work from technical and service manuals, technical orders, sales orders, specification, drawings, and other written instructions.
• Computer literacy (Knowledge in SAP will be preferred).
• Good communication skills needed, both oral and written.
• Personnel with IPC-A-610, IPC-J-Std-001 & IPC-7711/7721 would have added advantage.
• Personnel with passed in Air legislation CAAS/ EASA papers L12/ L11/ M10, or other industry related qualifications would have added advantage.

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of MLS system

• Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
