Main Activities

1. Intervention Scope

• He/She acquaints himself/herself with the maintenance operations to be undertaken to the work order and the customer’s order.
• Control, test and measure as required by the working documents (CMM, internal repair method) by using appropriate metrological tools (millimetres, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, specific avionic test benches, ATC, DME ADF, etc.).
• Inform the Engineering department of abnormalities.
• Disassemble equipment in compliance with the constructor’s documentation and the CMM (Component Maintenance Manuel).

• Elaborate with the coordinator a technical quotation for the refurbishing of the equipment: workforce, materials and delays.
• Replace defective element, repair and reassemble the equipment in compliance with the CMM.
• Transmit the equipment file to Certifying staff.
• Establish for each phase of the process, the needed documents for the repaired equipment’s traceability.
• Clean-up work space

This role requires you to be hands-on in Windows and Active Directory for planning, designing, implementation, administering, scripting, monitoring, and carrying out required changes to complete tasks/projects including to resolve incidents/problems.

The broad area of your responsibilities will include the followings:

• Plan, install, configure, and administer Windows systems in physical and virtual environment
• Plan, design, implement and administer Active Directory & DNS and related systems
• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and issue resolution with regards to multi forest Active Directory systems and other Windows systems
• Implement, monitor, and maintain AD design, schema, OUs, replication topologies, group policies and DC backup & restore procedures
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Work with other teams in AD Integration for a multiple forest Active Directory infrastructure
• Monitor critical systems and take corrective actions prior to failures
• Troubleshoot software or hardware failures to arrive at the root cause
• Perform regular system patching and upgrades to improve system posture
• Design solutions to technical problems and implementation of new systems or infrastructure changes
• Prepare written documentation and develop operating procedures for systems
• Participate in regular deployments of code updates activities

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Windows and Active Directory systems
• Practical experience in OS hardening and performance tuning
• Technically competent in 5 or more of the following languages, tools and technologies:
  i. AD/ DNS/ ADFS/ RDS configuration, administration, and monitoring include migration and upgrade
  ii. PKI system
  iii. Azure/ AWS Administration and Azure AD & AD connect
  iv. Microsoft PowerShell scripting and other configuration management tools
  v. Security methodologies such as JEA, JIT and delegation models
  vi. Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment of OS and software, automatic patch deployment, asset and compliance management, etc
  vii. Virtualization management and troubleshooting
  viii. Network protocols such as TCP/IP, SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, NTP, SNMP etc
• Professional certification in Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or ITIL would be preferred
• Self-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and possesses strong analytical skill
• Ability to work beyond business hours and weekends for work contingencies where necessary

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Role

The Technician is to assist the engineer and Technician in day-to-day management of M&E operations and preventive maintenance in our client’s corporate office facilities. He or she should ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times and to participate/implement on improvement project.

Major Responsibilities

• Client/Stakeholder Management
• Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote company's engineering platform
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures

Site Operations

• Daily shift operational M&E activities, including ACMV, Air Compressor system, UPS, CRAC, Switchgear, Alarm system, BMS system, Access card system, Fire Protection system, Water supply and drainage system, PA system, RODI system and miscellaneous electrical appliances
• Attending to technical-related interior works and faults, including Furniture, Carpets, Walls/fittings, Ceilings and Doors/Glass Doors
• Daily inspection of systems, facilities, System data logging and conducting essential equipment checks and meter readings
• Assist and supervise vendors and contractor services in the premises relating to Corrective Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance and vendor briefings
• Assist during project works and internal Moves, Adds and Changes activities
• Assist in Power Shutdown activities
• Respond to System Alarms and deal with emergency situations
• Write daily shift report and incident reports and assist to analyze the root cause of incident
• Any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Senior Technician
• To perform good plant housekeeping and rectify building defects
• Emergency Call Out
• Stand-by 24/7 for all emergency call outs
• Coordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of fault

Ideal Experience
