Job Description

Identify raw material on packing and understand the importance of first-in-firstout in quality assurance.
Feed-in of raw material or recycle product by operating hoist safely.
Perform in-process quality checks by timely collection of the appropriate samples and checking using QC lab equipment.
Accurate data entry of all material movements / in process sample inspection results in hardcopy and digital production records.
Ensure Technician’s work completion in accordance with all requirements that quality and output is met.
Check and inspect production machinery or equipment.  Perform basic preventive maintenance and carry out basic repair timely.
Operate forklift to retrieve raw material and stack product from and into the warehouse floor respectively.
Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
Maintain good housekeeping of the production area.
Adhere to Safety procedure and regulations.  Awareness on product quality requirement
Awareness of company management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001 etc.

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / O Levels or Nitec
Have the capability to lift heavy objects < 25kg
On the Job Training will be provided
In the event there are insufficient Technicians present to perform packing work, cover the shortfall in manpower. Where there is sufficient headcount for packing, (Technician will not be required to perform packing work)
