The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Job Description:

• To ensure all equipments functioning satisfactorily and safely.
• To maintain repairs for all electrical systems.
• To inspect and maintain all air-conditioning/ventilation equipments.
• To inspect and maintain the plumbing/sanitary systems.

Job Description:

Attend to all the maintenance & repair job required and ensure successful completion.

Perform preventive maintenance in all production machines.

Report and identify any defect or faults found during preventive maintenance.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on stamping presses, feeders, conveyors, and other related equipment.

Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.

Develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.

Conduct periodic inspections and adjustments to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.

Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective solutions for recurring issues.

Ensure proper operation of safety devices, sensors, and automation systems.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.

Report significant issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions to supervisors or engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular inspections to verify equipment meets safety and quality standards.

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.

Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques in the industry.

Requirements:

Minimum NTC 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Fitting.

Objectives:

• Operating the Antioxidant (AO) manufacturing plant and ensure compliance to all production, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality standards
• Basic experience in Panel Distributed Control System (DCS) and field operations for all the production lines to progressively attain full familiarity with both panel DCS and field production operations

Responsibilities:

• Operates the production units in accordance with local and company’s EHS rules and regulations, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and as instructed by the Production Engineer
• Good knowledge of process flow of all production units including tank-farm, utility to fulfils the tasks as follows:Familiarity with Emergency procedures for the safe operation and shutdown of units through DCS.
  Perform field operator routines such as raw material and catalyst filling, SAMACO rounds, preparation of equipment for Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), 5S rounds, filter change outs etc.
  Ensure the correct usage and maintenance of PPEs for all the associated field tasks.
  Learn and Operate Delta V to control process units under close supervision of Senior/Lead Technician.
  Understand the EHS risk associated with their tasks by reading the respective EHS risk assessment.
  Coordinate and work with the team members and contractors to complete plant tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  In case of emergency, performs the activities of a firefighting brigade member after shutting down the plant safely as per the emergency shutdown procedure.
  Perform in-process sampling and testing.
  Perform simple maintenance jobs, opening and boxing up of equipment, handles tools in accordance with safety requirement.
  Troubleshoot where required; initiate corrective measures in accordance with his supervisors and maintains proper documentation trail; update process log-book and hand over documents.
  Participate in plant safety activities and housekeeping and safety programs

Primary Purpose

Work Scope:

• Supervise operation of Gas Turbine for Power Generation and Waste Heat Steam Boiler.

• Join our team of Technicians for 24 hours operation of the power plant.

• Work will be in 12 hours shift from 8 to 8

• Operation of the plant as per Standard Operation Procedures.
