Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general maintenance of all buildings, electrical and mechanical installations (eg. Light fittings, air conditioning, fire alarm, pumps system and PA / Sound system etc.)
• Handle the daily administration, events and inventory records.
• Conduct daily inspection and carry out repair/ replacement works as and when necessary.
• Supervise contractors in carrying out the maintenance and servicing of equipment, air-conditioning systems, fire protection, pumps and electrical installation for the clubhouses and other auxiliary buildings.
• Attend to breakdown complaints in the clubhouses and other auxiliary buildings on defects of electrical, air -conditioning systems, plumbing included clearing of chokes, etc.
• Liaise with term contractor/s to carry out the monthly maintenance and serving of fire protection system.
• Carry out preventive maintenance.
• Setting up of Audio & Visual systems.
• Monitor and take daily meter reading for consumption of Club’s utilities on water and electricity meter readings.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure Work Safety.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Trade Certificate in Electrical, Air-conditioning or Building Maintenance

Experience

• Able to do troubleshooting of electrical installation, M&E system; service air-con systems; operate audio & visual system; carry out building maintenance and M&E related works

• Those with relevant working experience without certification may also apply

Skills & Knowledge

• Valid class 3 driving license

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair food processing equipment and systems, such as mixers, slicers, grinders, ovens, freezers, conveyors, sensors, controllers, etc.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections of food processing plants and equipment, and report any issues or defects to the management and the customers.
• Train plant operators and staff on how to use, operate, and maintain food processing equipment and systems, and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, such as HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc., and follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely records and reports of field service activities, such as work orders, service logs, test results, etc.
• Communicate effectively with customers, plant managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in food processing technology and industry best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in food science, food technology, food engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in food processing or food manufacturing industry, preferably as a field technician, service technician, or maintenance technician.
• Knowledge and skills in food processing equipment and systems, food safety standards and regulations, and food quality and safety testing methods and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
