• Correctly operate the total particulate sampling system in accordance with approved procedures
• Coordinate with Validation project lead, QC and Manufacturing in planning sampling activities per approved schedule
• Support investigation and documentation of discrepancies, and failures
• Complete documentation of total particulate results within he approved protocols
• Support generation of protocols and summary reports
• Any other task assigned by Validation manager or Senior Section Lead

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Prior experience in cleanroom sampling or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance (Equipment and Facility), including twin-screw extruder, batch mixer, planetary mixer, blending tank and other facility
• Work with contractor for mechanical Maintenance
• Equipment patrol & inspection
• Preventive Maintenance and TPM update
• Equipment modification and improvement
• Low value/Emergency spare part purchasing
• Low value consumables purchasing

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec education background and equivalent disciplines or above, major in Electrical Engineering.
• Electrician certificate is a must.
• Good execution force and best working efficiency have problem solving ability.
• Familiar with polymer processing machine.
• Familiar with MS office, PLC program experience is a plus.

Service professional who is looking to grow your career in Field Servicing. You will be based in Singapore and be responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of balancing & moment weighing equipment at our customers’ sites.

Responsibilities in this role:

· Perform on-site installation, calibration, repair, and preventative maintenance.

· Provide technical assistance and other duties assigned by supervisor/engineer.

· Complete required documentation for service activities such as field service, in house balancing, repairs, and calibration reports in a timely manner.

· Follow all company’s field/calibration procedures and protocols diligently.

· Communicate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues and take responsibility for completing all follow-up actions required.

· Carry out in-house demonstration and balancing jobs/samples for customers

· Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely and following company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.

Requirements for this role:

· A proven track record of working in a Field Service position plus ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service industrial equipment.

· Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

· Knowledge of PLC & automation will be an added advantage

· Competent in MS Office suite.

· Good written and verbal English skills.

· Ability to work and communicate with multicultural partners.

· Willing to travel within Asia, especially to Johor.

· Able to work independently, keen to learn new skills and be a team player.

· Must possess a valid class 2 and/or 3 driving licenses
