Overview:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring kitchen operations run on optimal equipment health for the supply of daily meals to Prisons. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and directly supervise maintenance contractors in administering the preventive and recovery maintenance programme for kitchen equipment daily.

• Ensure proper follow-up and record keeping for quotation of spare parts, service reports and timely and accurate submission of monthly invoices.
• Work with maintenance contractors to submit the annual conditional assessment and monthly overall health status of kitchen equipment.
• Raise requests and draft equipment specifications by liaising with vendors/contractors for new equipment or spare parts purchases.
• Conduct administrative support for maintenance-related functions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering, or ITC in electronics.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and industry.
