• Knowledge and experience in operations of virtual technologies such as VMWare
• Windows Server OS administration and support

What you'll do:

• Responsible for maintenance, enhancement and support of SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing application systems and implementation of related projects.

Responsibility

1. Design,install, and maintain digital communication networks, including wireless networks. Able to configure and install network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
2. Monitor network performance and fix faults. Able to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to network failure, integrity, and usage of PC hardware and software.
3. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

5. Backup and Recovery. Prepare and maintain a backup environment, ensuring automated backup processes are in place. Perform regular server backups, patch Windows and Linux systems, and maintain up-to-date antivirus software.
6. Enhance system security by hardening process, logging activities into SIEM systems, and configuring necessary network ports.
7. Patch and Anti-virus Management. Prepare the patching environment and implement a patch server for regular updates. Ensure all systems are patched in a timely manner to protect against security vulnerabilities
8. Establish and maintain system management standards and assist in the development of bids and proposals.
9. Manage system changes through an established change request process, ensuring thorough documentation and approval.
10. Analyze infrastructure requirements, design scalable and secure solutions, and align them with organizational goals.
11. Ensure systems pass VAPT by continuously monitoring, identifying, and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
12. Support Project and Pre-sales team in System wide design and implementation whenever required.
13. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Available to provide 24/7 standby support for Level 2 service for project and maintenance works
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, MCSE) are a plus

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Five (5) years of experience in the planning, design, coordination, installation and testing & commissioning of ACMV, MEP, fire safety, security and electrical systems of large-scale complex commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of MEICA systems, including Security, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation, with familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building services code of practices and Authorities requirement.
• Familiar with the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
