Role Summary

As part of a team, the individual shall undertake system administration tasks and provide support services to users of our group wide NetSuite ERP system (One World). Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our ERP solution(s).

As NetSuite System Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite ERP system. This includes managing user access, technical troubleshooting, configuration, customisations, data integrity and providing ongoing support to end users (including issue resolution, answering questions about functionality, and providing guidance on best practices). Key Responsibilities

System Administration:

• Collate user feedback and suggestions relative to system improvements and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within our NetSuite platform and associated integrations.
• Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices related to NetSuite and associated integrations.
• Working in support of the NetSuite Program Managers, collaborate with stakeholders and system users to understand their requirements and prioritise system enhancements based on business needs.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as NetSuite Administrator or other ERP platforms.

Job Scope:

• Testing of different materials purchased by company for production of pesticide & their packing as per set specifications.
• Documentation of testing and their findings in according to ISO system and reporting of results to supervisor/ seniorResults shall be traceable to raw data
  All results shall be recorded in print format as well as Soft files
  
• Calibration of lab equipment's on periodic basis and maintain records of such activitiesMaintain Internal calibration record for HPLC, GC, UV, pH Meter etc.

As the Utilities Technician, you will support site operations including production activities by operation of utilities equipment and electrical installation; and perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimum uptime of the equipment. In this exciting role, you will also:

Main Responsibilities

• Support to daily monitoring, operation and maintenance of Building Management System, Utility Equipment (including compressed air system, process water, waste water system, HVAC, cooling tower and chiller) and electrical installation.
