Experience

This position will support facilities management, site security and project engagement with a commitment and desire to satisfy our client by completing all work at the highest level, always striving for perfection.

The candidate must be motivated and self-driven for success.

The candidate must have basic Networking knowledge.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities 

The patching cabling between network equipment and client’s network 

The installation of power cables from equipment to power supply in rack/cabinet/closet Job Description 

The installation, troubleshooting and de-installing IT equipment (Servers / Network / Storage / etc)

Install/swap out devices (e.g., phone, computers, cables, boards, edge routers, switches and etc.) 

Complete all hard and complex Move, Add Change (MAC) requests within the defined service levels 

Act as interface between client’s associates and management 

Provide hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure 

Perform onsite call-through, data, voice, website and security testing 

Perform back-up testing to ensure all systems are connected to the client’s network as directed 

Support carrier testing of circuits 

Assist with facilities efforts such as vendor co-ordination and vendor supervision

Power and uninterruptable power supply (UPS) restoral

Water problems,

Emergency cooling restoration,

Fire suppression exercises, restoration, and post fire events 

Support inventory management activities

Receiving inventory o Tagging of assets

Tracking spares (crash kits)

Ordering inventory

Updating inventory records

Prepare and return damaged equipment 

Act as an interface, as needed, between associates at the applicable location and centralized project / operations / MAC management

Requirements: Must be proficient in utilizing technical tools such as BERT testers, cable testers, and fiber testers. 

Requires experience in working in communications closets

Must be able to perform rack and stack activities 

Must be able to safely lift heavy objects

Must understand cable patching processes and procedures in copper and fiber Experience in either or both CommScope and Corning structured cables (copper and fiber)

Must have a basic knowledge of data communications networking. 

Must be able to assist in troubleshooting issues 

Must understand network terminology 

Requires good interpersonal communications skills

Must be able to explain technical issues in a way the client will understand an issue

Must be able to interpret a client’s issue in a way that will allow technician to facilitate a resolution Education/Experience Requirements 

5+ years of experience in Data Centre operations and environment 

Must have a basic knowledge of local and wide area networking. 

High school Diploma or equivalent required

Primary Function:

To perform NDT inspection in Rolls-Royce Seletar premises in an efficient and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify surface or very near surface discontinuities in a weld or critical area of engine component using Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Inspection.
• Use Portable handheld scanning technique to detect surface and subsurface defects.
• Perform FPI and inspect under UV light for flaws open to the surface such as cracks, laps, etc.
• Perform Binocular Inspection which is capable of viewing up to 40X magnification.
• Monitor the usage and performed calibration on NDT equipment and measuring instrumentation.
• Ensure all tasks achieve agreed quality standards and deadlines in line with customer OEM and Company requirements.
• Work within NDT team to achieve optimum levels of performance, being particularly aware of On-Time Delivery.
• Ensure that processes and procedures are followed to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Comply with all safety procedures and legislation associated with NDT and aeronautical product.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder and equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years aviation NDT experience.
• Solid experience in Ultrasonic and Eddy Current Inspection (must have completed all necessary practical hours).
• Possess good analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office tools.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Be able to use wide range of tools and instruments.
• Have a good eyesight and color vision.
• Available to work on flexible working hours.

• Perform regular service, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems for commercial or industrial application, including Freon or Ammonia systems.
• Attend to urgent call-out to jobsites.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination.
• Follow instruction from superior and project manager for all job sites execution.
• Follow safety protocols at jobsite.
• Conduct service report for every jobsite.
• Perform administrative duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management or related fields.
• Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Refrigeration system; Cold Room, Electrical, Air-conditioning or related fields. Experience in blazing, compressor, evaporator and condenser systems.
• Class 3 driving license.
• Possess Certificates in safety, electrical or related (bonus).
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Travel to job sites (transport allowance provided).
• Flexible and adaptable to working at different jobsites.
• Hardworking and able to work overtime if required.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's information technology infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of laptop replacement queue.
• First point of contact within Global Service Desk (GSD) support channels including (but not limited to) ITSM ticketing platforms, Slack support channels (as determined by GSD leadership), and in-office walk-up support.
• Respond to common technical difficulties, training and guidance requests from user base involving desktop/laptop hardware and software/applications
• Monitoring and actioning appropriate ITHELP Jira queues as directed by GSD
• Software Provisioning / Deprovisioning within scope/access constraints of role within GSD
• Adherence to standard escalation processes for IT tickets
• Adherence to standard ticket handling practices as directed by GSD (e.g., components, labels, other ITSM related fields)
• Slack Administration (within role access constraints)
• Google Workspace Administration (within role access constraints)
• Laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees.
• Ensure Standard Operation Principles (SOPs) are followed, and all processes and procedures adhere to EOS company policy/standards.
• Primary ownership of cadenced (as directed by GSD) office desk workspaces for peripheral testing, replacement and general tech readiness
• Other IT/Helpdesk support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical certification or bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate and write proficiently in a corporate environment.
• 3-6+ years of proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role working at an enterprise level environment
• Strong understanding of Apple operating systems, software applications, and network systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and helpdesk software is a plus.
