MUST be able to communicate in MANDARIN as need to liaise with Chinese Elderly patients

Will need to travel to Yishun to work on some days

NO EXPERIENCE are welcomed. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Register patients' records
- Handle payment and submit claim
- Dispense medications

Requirements:
- Full time

- 5.5days
- Required to do 2-3x evening session/week (6-9pm)
- Able to use computer
- Able to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking patients
- Morning shift 8am-3pm, Evening shift 6pm-9pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply functional requirements and use engineering tools to design electronic circuits or control systems for product changes or new development under direct supervision.
• Utilize software tools or applications to analyze and test electronic circuits or systems, documenting performance against design criteria.
• Identify testing objectives at a component level following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, and evaluate test results.
• Assist in preparing component specifications and follow established work processes to document designs.
• Collaborate in preparing materials for design reviews.
• Work with mentors to understand the process of submitting invention disclosures and recognize ideas with potential intellectual property (IP) value.
• Communicate effectively as a team member to contribute innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative by exceeding expectations and paying close attention to detail, ensuring work is completed accurately and to the highest standards.

Job Requirements:

• Skills acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in a team to maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
• Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company's manufacturing plant machinery, building and associated facilities.
• Carries out inspection and servicing of the Company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipment.
• Attend to requests / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
• Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with some relevant experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance.
• Able to support duty on weekend/Public Holiday or perform 12 hrs rotating (Day/ Night) shift when required.
