Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance during shifts.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to analyze and resolve recurring equipment problems.

• Provide detailed shift reports and escalate critical issues to supervisors as needed.

• Recommend and implement improvements to equipment performance and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting. Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and handle shift schedules.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Physical fitness to handle maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.

· Provide basic operation training to customer

· Assist in machine repair, service, maintenance & troubleshooting.

· Update progress of given tasks to department head.

· Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.

Requirement

· Minimum Nitec in engineering or equivalent

Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical system is preferred

• Handles full set of purchasing process (Sourcing, RFQ, shipping and follow up on deliveries)
• Prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers ensure all deliveries are in time to meet site schedules
• Ensures timely PO execution and address supplier’s capacity, materials issues that may affect supply
• Works closely with vendors to schedule delivery and pick-up of equipment
• Coordination with vendors on scheduling & expediting of deliveries or resolution of purchase discrepancies if any
• Analyses and maintained an accurate cost per site (equipment and labour)
• Supports all Engineering programs in identifying and qualifying suppliers, auditing new Vendors using both Technical and commercial knowledge to support company requirements
• Maintain procurements database
• Works closely with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and verified correct shipment/purchase orders on packing lists
• Exercise good vendor management and monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in the area of quality, inventory control and actively engages suppliers
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
• Good team player, independent and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and highly responsible

Responsibilities:

• Able to carry out day to day operations with minimal supervision
• Provide test, repair, maintenance, servicing and calibration of production and facilities’ equipment
• Support the supervisor in production activities
• Follow up and give necessary guidelines or instructions to ensure safety, job progress and quality are met
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 16 years of relevant experience
• Experience in LTA project would be an advantage
• Knowledge of construction techniques, equipment and materials
• Good leadership skills and able to work independently
