Description

In this role you will:

• Oversee daily customer systems operations to ensure alignment with global strategies and objectives. Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contact center technologies, support and application development, to streamline customer systems processes.
• Cover events management as well as incident and problem management which includes prioritizing issues while negotiating and managing expectations with cross functional teams, communicating critical information and statuses to stakeholders and senior management in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer systems activities, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving response times, resolution rates, and overall service quality.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

Mission

• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project and organization.
• Plan and ensure the project Quality Control (QC) activities implementation
• Report Quality information and data about Project in line with Corporate Guidelines
• Act as focal point for quality related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities.
• Act as Auditor Lead for ISO matters.

Major Duty and Tasks

• Ensure the definition and implementation of the PQMS and the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company and External Parties Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure that the integrity of the Company QMS is maintained when changes are made to the system for the project
• Ensure that the correct implementation of the Project QMS is checked and monitored through the planning of quality audits
• Ensure that the correct implementation of planned quality audits, taking in account all project processes, including the issue of relevant audit reports
• Ensure, within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promoting the applicable Contractual Quality Requirements
• Conduct external audit to Vendors and Subcontractors QMS and ISO requirements
• Ensure, within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promoting the applicable Contractual Quality Requirements
• Plan and allocate Quality resources to the various area of the project, managing them in liaison with involved Quality functions
• Support the Project Manager in relations with the Client and with the Authorities responsible for quality matters
• Participates to Project Management meetings, to ensure coordination between Quality activities and Project Management activities
• Ensure the preparation and issue of QC specifications for the works, coordinating and agreeing the checks by the Technical Departments and Client

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant/related fields
• Min 10 years of QC inspection experience for Water, Oil and Gas fabrication
• Inspection Qualifications eg: CSWIP or equivalent
• Able to communicate with various level of people
• Good in verbal and written English
• General computer knowledge is essential (MS word, excel, powerpoint, MS outlook)
• Willing and able to travel overseas

Job Description:

• Review the basic process design from the proposal/sales team;
• Develop detailed design and P&IDs based on project specification;
• Prepare engineering calculations and equipment sizing;
• Review and understand project specifications to ensure company design complies with customer specifications;
• Prepare equipment datasheets (valve list, equipment list, piping schedule, instrument list, etc);
• Supervise and review complex equipment skid 3D model to ensure compliance with project specification;
• Supervise the preparation of general arrangement drawings, piping detail drawings; skid structure arrangement drawings;
• Interface with EIA (Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation) engineer in preparation of project documents;
• Send inquiries to vendors to obtain price quotations;
• Review of vendors, fabricators and sub-contractors quotations to ensure compliance with project specifications;
• Review of vendors, fabricators and sub-contractors engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Participate in internal and external design reviews;
• Prepare O&M manuals;
• Support testing and commissioning

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Environmental/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering;
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment;
• Experience in the O&G industry is a plus;
• Experience in the design of complex skid-based industrial water treatment systems;
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Knowledge of industry standards and specifications;
• Able to work in multi-cultural teams;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Willing to travel
