As an Associate Engineer, you will work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to perform a variety of duties related to the setup, installation, servicing, and operation of visual display systems.

Requirements:

• Holds a Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or equivalent engineering qualification
• Not a must - Working at Height (Supervisor/ Manager Level) certificate accredited by Ministry of Manpower

Responsibilities:

• Attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and recovery of systems breakdowns, focusing on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Follow the work schedule to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Perform installation and repair of the machine.
• To perform machine setup, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and replacement.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plan, Method Statement, checklist and inspection form with project team members
• Monitor daily site QA/QC activities, ensure that QA/QC procedures, Method Statement and Project Quality Plan is adhered by the project team members
• Conduct raw material inspection, site inspection, testing, post installation check out (PICO) and issue QA/QC inspection report
• Monitor and ensure all the tools and equipment are calibrated when it is due and update in Tools and Equipment List FY XXXX
• Investigate the cause of non-conformance with project team members and recommend corrective / preventive actions, if require to prevent recurrence
• Ensure that all audit findings on non-conformance findings / reports and punch lists are properly addressed and closed together with the client
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of QA/QC records
• Conduct internal quality audit based on project quality plan and client requirement
• Attend client QA/QC meeting
• Assist in preparation of Final Documentations for handover to clients

1. To perform frontline diagnostic of problem and attend to end user at desk on IT related issues from the incident ticket raised by the end users.
2. To assist and support on network printers and VIP’s printers related issue such as create/modify print queue.

You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational down-time.
