• Generate comprehensive project reports and maintain all project trackers, including dashboarding, individual progress tracking, and issue management.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software testing within the Banking and Financial Domain.
• Expertise in CRM applications, campaign management, data warehouse processing, and front office systems.
• Hands-on experience in performance, integration, functional, E2E, security, rollback, and API testing.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL Server, PL/SQL Developer, Dream Quark, IBM IIDR CDC, Toucan Toco, ELK, BI4, Ambari, Hive, and other databases and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of cash equities, bonds, equity derivatives, credit cards, trade lifecycle, and corporate action lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and knowledge of automation tools such as UFT and Selenium.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
