Job Description

Cynapse is looking for a talented and highly motivated Computer Vision & Machine Learning Developer to join our AI team that delivers a challenging, enterprise-scale Video Content Analytics solutions to global customers. You will conform to high standards of design and coding, working in a cutting-edge, dynamic and professionally challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and training of computer vision models using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
• Work with large datasets for model training.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement and fine-tune models, focusing on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of trained models in production environments, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of MLOps pipelines, automating the process of model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Conduct research to explore and implement the latest computer vision and MLOps techniques and technologies.
• Maintain and update model pipelines, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial intelligence, Mathematic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly neural networks and their applications in computer vision (e.g., convolutional neural networks, transfer learning, and deep learning architectures).
• Proficient in one or more popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experienced with computer vision libraries like OpenCV, scikit-image, or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in using tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data manipulation and visualization.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, including image augmentation, normalization, and resizing.
• Basic understanding of MLOps practices, including version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving fields of machine learning, computer vision, and MLOps.
• (Optional) Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• (Optional) Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools for model deployment.

As a System Analyst (Salesforce) , you will leverage your subject matter expertise to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Expertise in defining business processes using Salesforce best practices.

• In-depth knowledge of different integration patterns and best practices, such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronous messaging, peer-to-peer, publish-subscribe, distributed logs, and RESTful APIs.

• Capability to recommend the most suitable technical options and clearly explain the rationale and trade-offs associated with these choices.

• Strong understanding of enterprise security design to integrate Salesforce with Identity Providers and design authentication/authorization flows.

• Experience in developing data integration, data migration, and continuous delivery strategies.

• Possess good communication skills, ability to articulate technology concepts, participate in discussions on requirements with stakeholders

Asst Project Engineer

• To assist the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to conduct kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members is clear on the objectives, deliverable, Quality, equipment’s Lead-time, Safety and construction requirements.
• Plan and assist the Senior Engineer to monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule, i.e., by comparing the planned vs actual progress status, identify critical activities.
• Preparation of engineering documents, such as inspection form, testing form and progress reports, updating of completion status.
• Together with the project team prepare the statement/work procedures, RA to specify the detailed work step required for the specific task of the job to be done and identify key risk with the associate risk. A risk mitigation strategy is applied with the whole project construction task.
• Calculate and tracking usage of resources, such as materials and tools with report prognosis to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Understand and evaluate the project requirements and project plans particularly, materials, schedule, equipment and labour loading.
• Assist the Senior Engineer/construction superintendent in assigning tasks to work teams.
• To explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering requirements, coordination procedures, execution approach and activities priorities to the various work teams to seek contributions for further refinement.
• Ensure that various disciplines (including quality and safety personnel) are carrying out each tasks and tests/inspection in accordance with specification and standards as per the contractual requirements.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support units, if necessary report discrepancy (if any) on labour status, equipment, materials etc. to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Preparation of project close-out report for the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to review before submission to clients.
• Ensure final acceptance of the project by client in accordance with contractual requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the architecture design and construction of the backend for social products and participating in technical planning.
• Responsible for the design of system software architecture, system modules, key components, and interfaces.
• Participate in writing core code, conduct project code reviews, continuously optimize code, and assist in resolving complex bugs.
• Adjust algorithm configurations in real-time based on business requirements.
• Participate in technical architecture reviews, ensuring high-quality technical designs.
• Guide, coordinate, and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internet research and development, with experience in designing large-scale application systems. Experience in social product development is preferred.
• Proficient in microservices architecture and distributed architecture design, with experience in system development and optimization for high traffic, high availability, high fault tolerance, and high-load environments.
• Solid backend development skills, proficient in Java, with in-depth understanding and practical experience in data handling, performance optimization, concurrency, online system maintenance, and horizontal scaling.
• Familiar with Spring Cloud, Zookeeper, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and underlying architectures, including principles, cluster deployment, parameter optimization, and secondary development capabilities.
• Familiarity with recommendation technologies, algorithm engineering, and real-time estimation techniques is a plus.
