• The System Engineering discipline understands the needs of the automotive customers and translates them into requirements for the other functional disciplines (e.g. electrical, mechanical, software etc.) for implementation. In the RFQ stage, the System Engineer takes the lead in providing the technical proposals of the product to the customers. In the product development stage, the System Engineer ensures and validates that the end product meets the customers’ expectations.
• Define and develop system architecture and innovative concepts for automotive electronic products (including but not limited to infotainment, displays, clusters and ADAS systems) in collaboration with platform teams.
• Drive new technology development and create innovative system solutions for proof-of-concept projects and RFQs.
• Support business development in acquisition activities and providing customers with the best solutions in terms of technology and cost.
• In product development, ensure customer requirements are met in the product design, through negotiating performance specifications with customers as required and translating customer requirements to internal requirements.
• Perform as Functional Safety System Engineer in safety related product development activities.
• Lead cross functional design reviews in system requirements, architecture concepts and system level DFMEA for the product.
• Support engineering teams in multi-discipline design reviews of interface specifications and design concepts, simulation results, and other module level testing results.
• Support engineering teams in product quality related issues, test specification definitions in system integration and system verification levels as well as manufacturing test development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field, with 8 years of experience in embedded system development, preferably in automotive industry.

Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, and executing and retesting test cases.
• Able to leverage on in-house GenAI for test case creation and enrichment
• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• You will work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
• At least 1 year experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Preferred skills in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks.
