You will be responsible for integrating and testing software solutions in simulation and on the robot. We are looking for engineers who are interested in tackling challenging problems for our robots.

Responsibilities:

•Participate in new product development from concept to launch.

•Manage and co-ordinate with various departments, to develop product fulfilling to product design specification, keeping schedule, cost and quality.

•Identify and resolve all issues effectively to achieve all objectives.

•Acquire product design specification approval from stakeholders before product development.

•Translating customer’s needs and pain points into product design specifications.

•Establish and carry out test procedures for products to meet to product design specification.

•Establish assembly drawing to the manufacturing team for production purposes.

•Ensure proper documentation (including manuals) of all required information for product.

•Support product installations and any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair.

•Provide product training and support internally.

Requirements:

•2-3 years working experience in relevant fields.

•Min. education qualification: Bachelor Degree in Robotics System, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering

•Strong foundation in Electrical, Mechanical and Software System

•Demonstrate deep interest & understanding in robotics field

•Experience in developing on actual physical robot is a plus

•Experience in any of the following C++, Python, ROS, JS, Git, Autodesk Eagle, Autodesk Inventor is a plus

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8 am-5 pm, Sat: 8 am-12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct repair operations and oversee them meticulously onboard vessels, in port areas, anchorages, or shipyard settings.
• Manage and oversee the scheduling and execution of projects to ensure prompt completion.
• Perform assessments and determine cost estimates for repair requests.
• Understand technical drawings.
• Generate detailed technical and service reports, compile worklists, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues across all organizational levels.

• Identify scope of work & supply from customers requisition specifications for proposal making and cost estimating
• Identify 3rd party buyout equipment, solution and integrate with various department to offer a complete integrated solution
• Prepare proposals to satisfy and meet customers’ requirements at lowest possible cost
• Reply customers’ clarification / inquiry promptly and correctly
• Work closely with salespersons to provide design concept and technical / commercial support
• Conduct survey/investigation of Plants / Sites to identify Scope of Works for Project pursuit
• Update of monthly proposal records and ensure compliance of department documentation / processes with YEA QA policies & certifications requirement
• To lead and work with Sales Engineering team members, GPC, PDD and FIN in proposal activities
• Support other ad-hoc sales related activities and projects regionally

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• 5 years of project engineering and/or sales engineering background is preferred
• Relevant experience in ICSS systems such as DCS, FGS, ESD, BMS
• Added advantage on 3rd party systems, telecom systems
• Travelling required to customer offices/sites and LCOs
• Fundamental understanding of solution packages, IT, OT, and project execution process
• Coordinating with various department, different levels, and regional country offices
• Experience in other industries and 3rd party systems is an added advantage
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Able to generate, coordinate and lead team in proposal making
