Key Responsibilities

• Assist in component selection, engineering evaluations, and testing of parts and sub-modules for vision inspection equipment.
• Design electrical parts and sub-modules for vision inspection systems.
• Maintain product design documents, including drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Work closely with and manage suppliers to ensure all design requirements are met.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for design and system issues.
• Plan and coordinate the release of new designs to manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of QC GxP Systems in compliance with Sanofi Standards and Regulatory guidance, which includes:
• Write and/ or execute IQ and OQ test protocols for QC Laboratory Computerized systems/ electronic equipment, including writing of exception reports.
• Author Qualification Summary Report for QC Equipment.
• Author QC Systems associated procedures such as administrative SOPs and configuration specifications, as required.
• Provide user administration support to laboratory system, support user requests including troubleshooting and problem solving, as required.
• Partner with QC to conduct data integrity risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, related life Sciences or IT/ Technology with minimally 5-7 years of experience in QC and equipment validation.
• Good understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity requirements.
• Experience in leading project to roll out GxP systems.
• Experience in writing and executing QC equipment test scripts.

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.
