Job Description: Sales Manager, Marine

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with propulsion system integrators, ship builders and naval architect to facilitate the adoption and integration of energy storage systems in maritime applications.
• Work closely with standard product provider on collaborators in energy storage solutions for hybrid and fully electric ships, ensuring alignment on Durapower’s battery pack product offerings and sales strategies given DNV, BV, Lloyds’ certification.
• Effectively promote and sell battery packs, adhering to distribution agreements and ensuring smooth order facilitation.
• Create and implement sales strategies that integrate the strengths of partners’ solutions and Durapower’s battery packs to meet market demands and revenue targets.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer with a strong background in microcontroller programming and Linux system operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating embedded solutions for real-time applications. This role involves working on diverse hardware and software projects, including interfacing microcontrollers with external devices, managing data storage, and implementing communication protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Program microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32) across various development platforms.
• Build and configure servers to store and manage data from microcontrollers.
