• Lead discussions on influencing specification changes, particularly for installation design considerations for UPS systems.
• Develop project proposals, quotations, and technical compliance documents, working closely with the sales team to meet organizational sales targets.
• Build project pipelines by engaging target groups, conducting promotional activities, and presenting the benefits of our UPS to ensure specification in project tenders.
• Establish and implement promotional activity plans, support Sales and Marketing efforts, and provide regular reports on promotional activities and market intelligence.
• Identify and create new business opportunities, collaborating with vendors to offer complete and competitive solutions for business growth.
• Manage and deliver targeted customer training, conducting regular seminars with input from product marketing and segment managers.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or 6 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of power products, including UPS systems, medium/low-voltage switchgear, low-voltage components, and voltage conditioners.
• Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints, with a solid understanding of electrical and electronic control systems.
• Experience with site installation works and requirements is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; proficient in English.
• Skilled in managing and prioritizing work effectively.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.

- To perform rotating shift (12 hours),

- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support to ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised.

- To monitor and report all the faults, alarms and alerts of the electronics equipment & related systems to client appointed maintenance contractor.

- To support client in managing maintenance-related information.
