Job Description: Drafter/QS/Site Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Drafter/QS/Site Engineer. This role requires a combination of technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting technical drawings, conducting quantity surveying tasks, and providing on-site engineering support.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting:Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant software.
  Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
  Ensure adherence to industry standards and company specifications.
  
• Quantity Surveying:Take off quantities for materials, labor, and equipment.
  Prepare cost estimates and bill of quantities for construction projects.
  Analyze and evaluate tender documents and bids.
  
• Site Engineering:Assist in site supervision and coordination.
  Monitor progress and quality of construction work.
  Resolve technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors.
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in quantity surveying and site engineering is preferred.
