You will be preparing internal legal documents such as Board resolutions and shareholders’ agreements. You will be reviewing and/or preparing documents involving external parties such as subscription agreements, and investor side letters. You will ensure compliance with applicable laws as well as implementing relevant process.

You will be leading and mentoring the compliance team, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behaviour throughout the organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance strategy and collaborate with senior management and the board of directors to report on compliance matters and develop strategic initiatives.

Requirements

You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, from a reputable university in a Common Law based jurisdiction and comes with strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters. You have about 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience in law firm and/or in-house/investment firm etc.
