The Senior Tax Consultant will play a key role within a public accounting firm in Singapore, responsible for providing professional tax and financial advisory services to corporate and individual clients. 4. Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments within the firm (such as audit, legal advisory, and risk management) to deliver integrated tax and financial services to clients.
   Assist the company in expanding tax advisory services and provide customized solutions for potential clients.
   
5. Business Development and Client Relationship Management:Participate in and drive the expansion of the firm’s tax advisory services, establishing long-term relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or a related field, with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in taxation and accounting, particularly in public accounting firms or tax advisory firms.
• Extensive experience in team management, with the ability to lead and develop a tax and accounting team.

• Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits
• Ensure effective implementation of all matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical
• Supervise the handling of customer complaint and review of corrective action reporting.
• Supervise implementation of product and process checking based on QAQC program.
• Supervise health cert application handling and export registration.
• Ensure implementation of annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.
• Provide food safety training and relevant refresher training to team
