What you’ll do:

• Manage day to day ongoing operations with music publishing and label partners
• Develop workflows for monitoring publishing data, music content and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution
• Build visual reports to track publisher metrics and trends
• Communication with partners regarding onboarding specifications and data delivery, including general documentation
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including commercial partnerships, legal, product, and engineering - to scale operations support workflows across teams
• Develop a deep expertise in music rights management products and how they are being used across constituent groups
• Partner advocate for contractual rights-based decisions and actions

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in music account management, product management, online operations, consulting, or data analytics
• Technical operations capacity (ie. advanced querying, data fluency, read/write specs, troubleshoot data issues, scripting, etc., proficient in both SQL and Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally
• Knowledge of copyright and music licensing
• Knowledge of digital rights management products, especially for music
