Strategic Role:

To ensure the department’s operations comply with Singapore regulations and align with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies set by TM Global, it is crucial to monitor and enforce adherence to both local legal requirements and internal policies. 1. Compliance

What’s the job?

The Engineering Manager (Project Management) collaborates closely with the Director of Engineering to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property, including all equipment, maintenance and repair services, and the protection of the owner's assets.
