About the Role:

The role is aimed to support the regional research department in managing consumer research projects for theKinder Power Brand as well as new cross-category innovations in Asia Pacific, which include the markets ofAustralia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea. Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute consumer research projects, ensuring the alignment with the business objectives and strategy

• Liaise between the different stakeholders. Manage effective relationships with internal customers and externalsuppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and are of high quality
• Collaborate with the marketing team, both at local and area level, to ensure that research decisions are in linewith strategy and that all findings are shared
• Define and recommend, to both marketing and line manager, the best solution from a value-for-money point ofview, finalize the methodology and negotiate costs

Who we are looking for:

• University degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing or relevant quantitative field
• Experience in FMCG consumer insights (client-side or agency), on-the-ground experience in Asia markets and/orin a regional FMCG role is a strong plus
• Extensive experience leading both, quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Hands on experience in business intelligence/analytics

Job Description: Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. You will be defining, planning, and executing the product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will have an eye to deliver successful fintech products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will:

• Drive the creation and alignment of product roadmap based on a keen understanding of relevant data, competitor, customer and market insights

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepares, develops, finalises, effects, modifies and monitors the long term, short term, annual and periodic budgets and plans for the organisation. Update Owners about their progress and provides logical and rational explanation for variations in their achievement.
