Requirements:

• Proven track record in HR leadership roles, demonstrating capability in managing a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent, and able to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Familiarity with HR laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and their implementation is a plus.
