Key responsibilities:

• Providing formal/informal training to staff on both accounting and private equity/industry aspects
• Undertake management and general administration and other special projects as assigned by the Management.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or Finance or equivalent.
• 7 – 8 years of accounting / auditing experience with at least 4 years in Private Equity Fund industry, part of which must have been in management or supervisory capacity.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
• Solid understanding of operational functions including Fund Structures, Fund Accounting, Equalisations, Calls/Distributions and Waterfall models.
• Effective client relations, teamworking and management skills.
• Time management and multi-tasking.

• Familiarity with Investran accounting system and experience in process improvement will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

The Regional Security Manager (Asia) will be responsible for providing technical leadership for strategic projects and initiatives on the security roadmap, as well as participating in more general network security and architectural efforts. The person will collaborate with other managers, engineers and departments to apply and support best practices for security, server building, change management, account management, documentation, and user experience management.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage team to provide continuous feedback to one another and upper management of the Global Security team and the Chief Information Security Officer.
