Role:

The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery and support of technology solutions. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration.

To succeed in this role you must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning technical, business and industry concepts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.
• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues related to data.
• Troubleshooting system and data issues, refining scripts, and execute/ re-run data and document migration where required.
• Management and coordination with external partners and vendors.
• Communicate to internal team and external users for all clarifications.
• Conduct user requirement gathering, training sessions with users where applicable.
• Prepare and update documentations and reports where required.
• Identify system or data deficiencies and discrepancies, and recommends appropriate improvements and changes.

Qualification & Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates with a relevant IT Diploma, with strong relevant experience, may also apply.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Project Management of medium to large scale government related projects will be considered.
• Must have experience in designing, coding, testing and implementing Java System Applications.
• PMP certified will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to acquire new clients, engage in market research, identify key trends and to pitch for new businesses.
• Develop market and business intelligence; formulate and implement BD strategies, program and plans.
• Capable to identify and pursue prospects by generating market awareness of the company’s portfolio of manufacturing solutions.
• Work closely with account management and advanced technology teams to secure new businesses.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Manage complete sales negotiation cycle.

Requirements:

• Posses Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Prior experience dealing with MNC clients is preferred.
• Have worked in plastics, rubber, or contract manufacturing industry (preferably but not essential).
• Leadership qualities.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years in senior BD role.
• Highly motivated by challenges, results driven and able to think out-of-the-box.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to network with key leaders/decision makers of targeted companies are essential.
• Frequent travel is required and having global connection with HQ mindset at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team on the daily operations of estate management
• Drive high performance in all aspects of maintenance such as; Landscaping, Irrigation, Pumps, Cleaning, Pest Control, Mechanical & Electrical, and Civil & Structural (C&S) works
• Develop a facilities management work plan to operate and manage the estate efficiently
• Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems
• Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements
• Supervise contractors’ maintenance works and ensure that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements
• Collaborate with the Community Relations team to engage with residents
• Ensure all feedback and issues are attended to and resolved promptly
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition
• Prepare monthly reports for management and client
• Responsible for building risk management, safety & security
• Implement an energy management program to reduce operating costs
• Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers

Requirements:

• Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Building or Facilities Management,
• At least 5 years of working experience in leading a team to manage an estate or development in the building and facility management industry
• Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations
• Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical system
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in managing a large residential precinct or township would be advantageous

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for managing the project team to meet or exceed customer contractual requirements for the delivery of the project.
• Develop, update and maintain the project plan and schedule.
• Manage the project scope, monitor project costing and forecasts, and develop/ maintain the project quality plan.
• Responsible for developing and updating the project risk management plan, and project team organization chart; planning and performing project communications/reporting.
• Work together with Sales Team to manage project procurement.
• Manage the communications, reporting, and expectations of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Supervising project team members including Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Developers/System Engineers, Testers and Support Engineers.
• Ensure to fulfill specific project scope and responsibilities by working closely with Product Specialists, Technical Subject Matter Experts and System Engineers that support the Project Team
• Involve in pre-sales activities, focusing on the technical solution, effort and timeline estimation and project delivery aspects of the tender/RFP proposal/presentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Must have at least 8 years of working experience as a Project Manager with experience delivering railway communication-related projects such as PA systems, CCTV, Information display systems, and Network infrastructure.
• Good experience in managing LTA railway and Singapore Government projects.
• Knowledge and experience in the following technology areas will be advantageous:

o BIM modelling/Micro-station 3D CAD

o Primavera P6 Scheduling

• Project Management Certifications such as PMP are preferred.
• Excellent inter-personal skills – ability to build good relationship with external customers, vendors and colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, reporting of project and deployment progress and plan.
• A good team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, organized and ability to work independently with priorities.
