Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting for the group, aligning with US GAAP and SEC requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing complex consolidation processes, delivering high-level financial insights, and navigating regulatory compliance at a public company level.

Key Responsibilities

Group and SEC Reporting:

· Lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SEC requirements.
