• The job holder will be required to perform an independent validation of credit risk, treasury and marketing models that are being used for various purposes across the bank.

Qualification

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the operating restaurant units assigned. Working closely with our client’s regional director, you will oversee and elevate catering operations, systems, processes, and work closely with front of house teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, and Australia to execute a best-in-class hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee catering inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to catering within the workplace.

You will bring:

• Minimum of 5 years third party vendor management and governance experience
• Understanding of local food safety laws across Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, and Korea, including HACCP regulations
