• Support provision for PM’s project leading & managing activities.
• Develop standardized rules and processes of project management, such as constructing reporting structures, determine reporting contents, etc.
• Cost and Resource Coordination across business area, working closely with Program Manager and Area PM.
• Progress and issue management of BA, Operations Consultant members and Developers in the business area in charge.
• Consolidate status report within business area in charge, and reporting to Program Manager and Management.
• Coordination with stakeholders inside and outside of the business area, including Business and IT, to ensure meeting their needs and expectations.
