The Role

This role involves managing accounting and financial reporting, including reviewing monthly accounting entries. The position entails preparing consolidated financial statements on various timelines in accordance with appropriate accounting standards. Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be involved in operational finance and corporate accounting for a portfolio of entities and provide support by ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

You will prepare/review/submit monthly accounts, journal entries and supporting schedules, quarterly reporting packs/presentations with variance analysis, payments and billings including inter-company activities and staff claims.

You will handle cashflow projections, fixed deposit including administration of bank account matters, preparing government financial statistical surveys/data and MAS regulatory returns/surveys, coordinating and liaising with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents etc) and assisting the annual audit process such as preparation of the audited financial statements and schedules required by the auditors and agents.
