Our client is a Semiconductor Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Accountant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Centre.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Receivable activities for assigned vendors, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct cost accounting tasks.
• Manage the Ship & Debit uploading and validation process for assigned distributors.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation with vendors.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, or Director.
• Participate in Oracle system testing, projects, and implementation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably over 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates pursuing equivalent qualifications with relevant hands-on experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full/ partial sets of accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Assist with financial, tax filing processes and tax audits.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in AP & AR.
