About you

• Recognised Degree in any discipline and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field;

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full set of 3 SG holding companies, only 1 active requires to compute cost back charge to the subsidiaries.
• Work closely with K-12 regional finance head to streamline the budget modelling
• Responsible to review monthly financial report, provide in depth expenses analysis and commentary against the budget
• Track and analyse key expenditures metrics, to benchmark it for other schools’ improvement plans
• Consolidate K-12 monthly budgeting and actual results
• Provide supports for the system migration
• Assist to prepare financial modelling and/or discounted cashflow
• Assist to manage and consolidate Education Group Cash Flow
• Assist in enhancement of the financial and management system, internal control, policies and procedures
• Liaise with banker, internal auditors, external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary where appropriate

Description:

1. Accounting and Finance

• Perform fund accounting tasks, including transaction processing, corporate actions, security pricing, reconciliation, fee calculations, and preparing accurate and timely reports and accounting schedules.
• Prepare annual financial statements following relevant accounting standards like US GAAP, IFRS, or SFRS.
• Oversee transfer agency duties such as investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and conducting investor due diligence.
• Work with external advisors to prepare GST and tax compliance filings.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and perform other tasks as needed by the role and business requirements.

2. Daily Trade Operations

• Capture, confirm and settle trades.
• Confirm transactions with brokers/custodians ahead of market deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualifications. Fresh grads are open to apply.
