Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and framework.

• Keep accurate records of the children’s progress
• Communicate with parents about the children’s progress
• Render basic first aid as and when necessary
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and environment
• Be familiar and recognize the company’s policy and standing rules

Key requirements:

Position: Freelance Private Ballet/Dance Teacher (1-To-1)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised ballet or dance instruction tailored to each student’s skill level, interests, and learning goals.
• Develop and implement individualised lesson plans that focus on technique, choreography, rhythm, and body awareness.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that nurtures creativity, self-confidence, and a love for dance.
• Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies to meet the evolving needs and aspirations of each student.
• Prepare students for performances, exams, or personal milestones, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
• Collaborate with families to keep them informed about their child’s progress and to discuss ways to support learning and practice at home.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ballet or dance, with a strong understanding of technique and choreography.
