We are looking for a senior and capable individual to lead our high-calibre Talent Engagement Team (TET) and Sourcing Excellence Team’s (SET) within our Enablement Office. This role will be regional in scope giving you the opportunity to travel across all our offices in Asia. This person would be able to sit in either Singapore, Hong Kong, or the Philippines.

The TET and SET were conceived to add market leading candidate support for our Consultants and is therefore crucial part of our business. The Head of Research and Consultant Support will play a pivotal role across three main areas:

1. Technology & Process Improvement

• Take the initiative to understand EBCs technology stack and general operating environment as it pertains to the TET
