Job Responsibilities

• Provide end users in PC Hardware & Software computing needs.
• Responsible for maintaining and installing PC operating systems, application software, system patches and antivirus software.
• Trouble shooting PCs, Printers, Radio Frequency (RF) and PDA devices as well as software problems.
• Assists System administrator in supporting and maintaining VM and Windows Servers.
• Assists System Administrator in setting-up, configuring and maintaining network equipment such as Routers and Switches in Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN) and Access Points.
• Support & maintain company various CCTV surveillance systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology relevant disciplines. Looking for 1-2 years of experience in IT field
• Good hand-on knowledge in system administration (AIX, Linux, Redhat, Windows, VMWare, vCenter, Veeam & Cisco related softwares)
• Experience in Cloud deployment (MS Azure, Google Cloud) and supply chain domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
