Job Description:

• Perform in-house and onsite system maintenance tasks related

• Able to do troubleshooting for both hardware & software

• Able to support engineering department activity, daily operation and ad-hoc tasks

• Able to perform 24/7 standby

• On job training provided

• Willing to be deployed overseas to support maintenance work as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related technical field with 2 years experience

• Only Singapore citizens need apply

• Preferably possess Class 3/3A Vehicles license

• Positive attitude

• Be able to work with cross functional teams

• Candidate without prior experience will also be considered

• Assist design engineer to perform modifications & reverse engineering based on customer's specifications
• Convert customer’s drawings to in house format
• Release of engineering drawings to production
• Work closely with QC on parts assembly and acceptance
• Liaise with various departments to ensure on time delivery of orders
• Knowledge of Solidworks is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and end-users of our digital twins solution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Work closely with the development team to gain a deep understanding of the digital twins platform's architecture, functionality, and deployment process, enabling you to provide accurate and efficient support.
• Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to the digital twins solution, including installation, configuration, and network connectivity issues.
• Document and track support requests, ensuring they are prioritised, escalated, and resolved.
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to facilitate the seamless deployment and integration of the digital twins solution within our organisation.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to educate internal stakeholders and end-users on effectively utilising the digital twins platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the digital twins and Iot domains, providing proactive support and guidance to internal users.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills to identify data trends and provide insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience in working with help desk, ticketing, and customer relationship management software.

This will be 6 month contract based in Singapore

Software and applications manager (technical lead)

Job Description

· Support and manage development of Cellular Modem systems and products.

· Monitor the results and quality of the different software ROMs and technical features implemented.

· Oversee technical expertise on the development of software and chipset platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are properly managed

· Testing and issue triaging for live network issues

· Lead the utilization and/or development of automation tools or scripts to improve product and engineering health.

· Develop test plans based on Product Excellence/test strategies. Lead test plan reviews with engineers and other stakeholders across teams.

· Define the test framework, test preconditions, and other test control and reporting functions to enable others to test functionality.

· Drive opportunities and lead efforts to improve existing test infrastructure or create new test infrastructure to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, or deployment.

· Participate in product design review with product managers, software/hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to contribute to product design, testability, and implementation

· Upto 70% drive testing is required.

Preferred Qualification

· Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.

· 5 years of experience providing technical leadership and leading projects (e.g., test, release, etc.).

· 8-10 years of Field Testing experience with 5G, LTE and WCDMA technologies

· Experience on chipsets like Qualcomm, Mediatek, Samsung and debugging tools –QXDM, Shannon etc is a must

· Candidate should preferably be able to drive in Singapore
