Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Mandatory):

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with software development in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of system integration, microservices architecture, and API development.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering technical solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities:

4. Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and understand advancements in equipment and service offerings.
• Share insights, feedback and customer requirements with the product development and marketing teams to drive innovation.
• Participate in all company-participated trade shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.

5. Training and Support:

• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of products.
• Assist management with any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and where required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred or related technical field, Minimum Diploma in related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the equipment sales and service industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Travel: Required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia (30-40%).

Visitor management
