Role:Applications Support

• Application Support: Provide first and second level technical support to end-users of the projects’ applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Incident management: Monitor and manage the application support queue, ensuring that issues are logged, triaged, and resolved within the defined SLAs.

1. Maintaining general cleanliness of school compound, meeting rooms,

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for after-sales service to both local and regional clients.
• Oversee the provision of immediate and efficient technical support through on-site visits, phone, email, and other virtual means for a variety of products.
• Offer expert technical guidance and propose solutions for resolving customer issues.
• Communicate with the internal team to elevate product concerns and ensure consistent follow-up with customers regarding the progress and resolution of these issues.
• Coordinate with the headquarters and affiliate companies concerning any product-related or technical concerns.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for the internal team, such as technicians, to fully prepare them to conduct comprehensive product and system tests that verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Assist QA team in system testing, including conducting Factory Acceptance Testing, Interface Factory Acceptance Testing, and on-site testing tasks.

1.Maintaining general cleanliness of school compound, meeting rooms, offices, staff rooms and classrooms which includes, floor sweeping, mopping, clearing of rubbish, wiping and arranging of tables and chairs.

2. Operating and maintaining general cleanliness and serviceability of school equipment i.e. air purifiers, standing fans, Fire Extinguishers etc.

3. Support by providing & preparing all logistical arrangement for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture & equipment.

4. Simple administrative and office work like distributing items to various classrooms.

5. Escorting contractors working in school compound i.e. Pest Control, Building works & repair, Aircon maintenance servicing & electrical work.

6. Assist in the maintenance of school Facilities i.e. Receive faults/damage report from teachers, co-ordinate with TC for repair, monitoring repair progress and ensure safety measures are in place during maintenance.

7. Assist in the day to day operations and functions of the school as directed by School Leaders; Administrations & Operations Managers.

Level 3 Feedback refers to cases which require in-depth investigation and/or may affect the reputation of the Authority; or cases which require update to the Authority’s management or Political Office Holder(s).

Highlight Level 3 feedback to the Authority by the next working day, and manage such feedback based on the instructions given by the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reclassify any feedback to other levels, if necessary

Where it is assessed that the specific feedback cannot be addressed due to its sensitive nature or anonymity of sender, the Contractor shall inform the Authority immediately.

For feedback concerning issues by other agencies or organisations, the Contractor shall enter the details in the Authority’s feedback database, and route them to the relevant agency/organisation for further action,

Responsibilities:

Requirements
• Diploma or greater in Computer Science or related areas or equivalent practical experience
• Hand-on experience working on RDBMS, such as Oracle, DB2, MS SQL or PostgreSQL
• Database Design and Data Modelling (Logical and Physical)
• Experience in using ETL tools such as SAS DI, Informatica or Talend
• Experience with data streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark is a plus
• Experience with data visualisation such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Self-motivated and driven learner who is willing to share knowledge with the team

• Technically sound with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE/JEE, Oracle, SQL/ PLSQL, Jasper report, APIs (RESTful and SOAP) and/or XML. Basic understanding of Solaris and/or Linux OS such as RHEL would be required.
• Having Unix shell scripting, RedHat Ansible knowledge, experience in AWS applications (CloudWatch, S3, RDS, EKS), IBM Connect Direct, IBM MQ, API Gateway, Apache Ignite, Solace PubSub+, ELK, micro services & containers, cloud-based architecture and/or DevSecOps technologies is a plus.
