• Develop relationship with Business Heads, front office staff, Financial Crime Compliance and other internal stakeholders in order to address concerns, priorities workload for the team and identify areas of risk for the bank.
• To support the KYC staffs in achieving the optimal productivity and efficiencies throughout the KYC cyles,
• Comply with all applicable Local, Regional and Global legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time.
• Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of corporate KYC experience within the banking / financial services industry.
• Minimum 3 years of MI Reporting with experience in using Power BI or Tableau
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in project / change management
• Experience in vendor management
• Risk, Project and Change management skills is appreciated with minimum 5 years in KYC related role.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance or Banking or Equivalent field.
• Good working knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and AML risk implications; experience with regulatory and / or KYC related topics.
• Accurate, diligent and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines.
