• Reporting to Sales Director

• Provide support to Sales Engineers on quotations and proposals

• Handling of incoming calls and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries

• Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment

• Coordinating all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to the customers. Assist in the unpacking of shipment to re-arrange for local delivery.

• Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases. Conduct mass mailing and tele-marketing periodically

• Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars. Manage samples, catalogues and flyers

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experiences in sales admin support or order processing

• Team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

• Display initiative to follow up with teams or customers

• Good at coordinating and clear of priorities.

• Able to display trouble-shooting skills independently, when needed.

• Good communication skills on both email and call

• Proficient in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) and SAP (willing to learn)

• Some experience in 3rd party logistics and willing to assist in unpacking of shipment

• Location: Near Bukit Merah/Henderson | Mon - Thur in office and Fri (Work From Home)

• Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated non-nursing staff to deliver exceptional services across various service points.
• Oversee staff induction, orientation, and training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
• Take charge of recruitment and retention efforts to build a stable, skilled, and motivated workforce that meets organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Act as a key communication bridge between staff and management, ensuring timely information sharing, effective issue resolution, and actionable recommendations.
• Participate in committees and contribute to special projects, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff.
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
