Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min Diploma in Computer Science or IT related education
• Certification in CCNA preferred
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity

Responsibilities

• Involved in supporting infrastructure architecture, resource planning, system performance and overall infrastructure operating environment for either on-premise infrastructure or cloud computing platforms, or both.
• Support new application system initiatives and to drive development of infrastructure architecture, system integration, acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing
• Run infrastructure services either on premise, hybrid or public cloud environment to support application systems by working closely with Applications Service counterparts
• Understand systems operations environment and drive Architecture Review and Governance Process to ensure smooth and sustained operations (including resiliency requirements)

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with validated records of having utilized architect design capabilities in infrastructure management for both on premise and Cloud workloads.
• Certification in a Cloud Technology platform (either in Architecture, DevOps or System Administration/ SysOps track) preferred.
• Need to demonstrate broad level of technical expertise in the area of Infrastructure Services, with appreciation in one or more areas of Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing and DevOps Engineering concepts.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and leads.

· Persuade potential clients to schedule a tentative appointment with our sales representative.

· Data Management: Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records of leads and appointments.

· Recruit, train and supervise other telemarketers under the team, whenever there are newcomers joining the telemarketing team

· Talent Acquisition: Recruitment of potential sales managers, via cold-calling and scheduling interviews (This responsibility will be handed out once the call support specialist has mastered the other above responsibilities)
