• Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backup), as well as network devices (firewalls, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless), desktops, mobile devices, and other remote devices.
