Requirements:

1. Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties as mentioned below.

2. Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.

3. Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.

4. Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.

5. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.

6. Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.

7. Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.

8. At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stackpreferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.

10. At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.

11. Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.

PURPOSE:

As our IT Operations Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring stability, security and performance of our end users across APAC and regional entities. You will collaborate with local and regional technology teams to implement, maintain and optimize endpoint solutions to our staffs. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk, working closely to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement, manage and deploy endpoint solutions to end users in accordance to internal roadmap
• Provide technical support to end user requests and manage user expectations
• Key contributor for supporting Microsoft solutions not limiting to M365 Admin Center (Intune, MDM, SharePoint & Teams)

• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cosco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is a plus
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus
