The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Finance team partners with business and cross-functional leadership to provide problem solving insights and recommendations on key business decisions. We are responsible for core operations such as forecasting and budgeting, and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on topics such as business performance, risks and opportunities, market acceleration plans and resource allocation.

In this role, you will partner with the Global AppDev (GCS) leadership to build the future of the App Developers digital ecosystem. You will motivate projects and initiatives for Financial Planning and Analysis and support cross-functional projects and initiatives. You will partner with others in finance, business, business operations and strategy in country, regional and global teams. You will develop and execute financial analysis or components of financial analysis such as gap analysis or driver model for an assigned area of the business.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Techno-Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA.
• Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.
• Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep-dive analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications.
• Candidate will need to be detail oriented, a good team player and has excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business.
• This is key for supporting the various S/4HANA implementation phases including Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Mock/Actual Cutovers.
• A knack on seeking answers on their own, reaching out for help and a thirst for knowledge are must have qualities in navigating Apple's landscape.

Key Qualification:

• At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of Finished Goods business process
• Experience in SAP SD is a must - worked on implementations around IDOCs, Orders, Pricing, Invoicing, Outputs etc.
• Performed detail system analysis, developed functional and technical specifications and hands-on configuration experience for S/4HANA in large-scale project implementation (preferably for a global, multi-national corporation with many customisations)
• Played a key SD functional role in all Testing phases and Cutover activities for S/4HANA project implementation. Experience in Test Automation, Data Migration and Data Validation tools are a huge plus.
• Ability to efficiently interact with multiple organizations to successfully implement projects between multiple modules.
• Worked closely with Technical, DevOps and other cross functional teams in design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent configuration skills and possessing ABAP knowledge is a huge advantage.
• Adaptive to learning new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands on role in Test scope definition and Test scripting. Unit Test and String Test execution after code remediation.
• Perform end-to-end Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Test.
• Perform Data Validation using Apple selected tools during each data migration cycle
• Coordination across multiple tracks and functions for Cutover discussion and activities
• Deep-dive analysis with technical team for resolution of issues identified throughout Testing, Business Data Validation and Cutover cycles.
• Work across teams for triaging issues and resolution under a time pressure.
• Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result.
• Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis.
• Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed.
• Ensures consistent delivery of a quality projects and adhere to Apple Project Life Cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
• At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
• At least 6+ years of SAP SD working experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer product environment

GENERAL OVERVIEW

The candidate shall be involved in managing and coordinating Risk Management and Insurance activities for the Company, as well as the Delegation of Authority within the organization. The candidate will also be involved in liaising with external consultants for Internal Audit and Fraud Risk Assessment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Risk Management

• Manage and apply the Risk Management Frameworks including reviewing and enforcing policies, procedures, tools and methodologies.
• Work with various business groups on qualitative and quantitative risk management, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis and control assessment.
• Provide support to develop and monitor the execution of risk mitigation plans.
• Plan and conduct corporate risk workshops annually; and project risk workshops where necessary.
• Provide support for the monitoring and reporting of business risks, including key risk indicators.
• Facilitate the preparation and update of risk registers and relevant risk reports for senior management and risk committees.
• Perform secretariat duties to the risk committees.

Insurance

• Management of annual renewal of Company’s insurance policies and placement of insurance policies (where required by the business).
• Provide support in insurance related matters within the organization, including but not limited to, providing insurance related advices and working closely with insurance broker on ad-hoc insurance needs.

Delegation of Authority

• Review and enforce the Delegation of Authority Policy.
• Provide advice on queries related to the application of the policy.
• Provide support for the monitoring and reporting of reportable items to the senior management and risk committees.

Internal Audit and Fraud Risk Assessment

• Liaise with external consultant on the Internal Audit and Fraud Risk Assessment activities, including but not limited to, planning of meetings with internal stakeholders, provision of requested information, provision of clarifications to the audit / risk assessment.
• Provide support for the audit / risk assessment by bridging any technical knowledge or process knowledge gaps between the consultants and the internal stakeholders.
• Exercise professional judgement in the review of information (e.g. requested documents, clarifications, consultant reports).

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Risk Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Candidate shall have at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in Risk Management and/or Insurance function, or Internal / External Audit role. Additional finance-related work experience will be considered favorably.
• Candidates from energy or asset intensive industries will be considered favorably.
• Candidate with prior experience in working a multi-cultural environment is an advantage.
• Candidate shall be proficient with MS Office applications.
