RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Lead (Finance and Procurement Program Office), this role is required to review, redesign, and implement changes in business processes to improve work efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance control and compliance.
Scope
- The role is responsible to lead and drive the end-to-end transformation of the processes for the finance and procurement functions, and involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to analyze the current business processes, identify areas of improvement, develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap that incorporates best practices and industry standards, and drive the implementation of the new process.
- The role is also responsible for developing a change management plan to ensure that the new process is effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to manage complex projects, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current business processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop a roadmap for the transformation of the business processes identified and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
- Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement solutions, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, and managing project timelines.
- Communicate progress and project updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to the transformation effort.
- Develop and implement metrics to track progress and measure the success of the transformation effort.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations throughout the transformation effort.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in Business Process Transformation
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business or related field
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement projects.
- Agile methodology
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent qualification will be advantageous
