• Assist Front Office with doing a 1st level check on KYC profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy before approval
• Perform name screening to check clients for adverse news
• Sourcing relevant documentation, news articles, and internet searches to corroborate the clients' declarations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk management team and checker team to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
• Execute day to day operation tasks.
• Performing the due diligence on new/existing clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review, and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment.
• Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures.
• Periodical review of KYC records as to completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed and that standards are complied with; also, that the files and risk assessments are current and up to date.
• Investigating high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the client file.
• Maintain continuous contact with customer to keep customer file updated.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents.

8. Act as Client/Owners point of contact ensuring the highest level of customer Service & Satisfaction are maintained whilst also protecting the Wallem brand and our employees from risk.

11. Monitor and optimize vessels and seafarers’ performance. Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure that vessels and seafarers have adequate resources to perform.
12. Review, write and provide feedback on development area of seafarers, work-performance during specific contract, while setting clear goals and targets.
13. Act as part of the Shore base Emergency Response team as required.
14. Complete any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Fleet Manager.

Requirements:

• Engineer Officer Qualification, with First Class Chief Engineers Motor license from an IMO whitelist country; OR
• Degree in Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering or other related.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sailing experience as Chief Engineer onboard; OR
• Minimum of 1 year's experience as Technical Superintendent within the Maritime Industry ashore.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will ensure the smooth running of Broadcast Equipment to support the Broadcast Operations.

What You'll Do

• You will ensure the smooth running of Broadcast Equipment to support the Broadcast Operations to bring in live overseas horse racing events from countries that are offered by SPPL to customers via live transmission for screening at our BCC, for retail and remote customers to watch and bet on the races that are taking place in different parts of the world in real-time.
• You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of technical equipment, including but not limited to, track lighting, sound systems, video cameras and communication systems.
